I vent about my problems on my account, and I always try to provide trigger warnings beforehand, so it you get triggered because you read past the warnings, don't unfollow. It's your own fault for not listening to the warnings that I provided. It means you triggered yourself. For example, if you're triggered by self harm, and I put a warning for that, and you hit 'read more' and get triggered, it's your own fault, not mine. You aren't forced to read it, so don't blame me for your decision.

I do vent about my problems on my account. Please do NOT say I need professional help for what’s going, as I have a therapist. I don't need to be told what I already know.
Don't tell me to take medication for my issues, as I had a bad experience where it caused an increase in suicidal thoughts/actions, as well as increased the chances of me self harming.
I use music as an escape, as well as roleplay, and I will usually start angrily messaging and honestly, I accidentally take my emotions out on others because I go from sadness to anger to anxiety and regret which is why, if I need to vent, I will let you know beforehand and ask you if it’s okay to do so, Please note that if you ask me if I'm okay and I say "No,” I tend to get heated and angry and just overall lose grasp of reality.
